    Esports | G2 Vs. 3DMAX | TIP:

We are facing an exciting BO1 match, where G2 and 3DMAX meet in a crucial duel. Both teams have a 1-1 record in wins and losses, making this an important matchup for both sides. On paper, G2 are the favorites, and it could seem like 3DMAX will face a tough challenge. However, I believe 3DMAX can surprise. While I don’t expect a victory for 3DMAX, it is possible they could pressure G2 in a close contest.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • Just two weeks ago, the two teams met in an important RMR match, where 3DMAX emerged victorious after three maps.
    • 3DMAX has previously pressured G2 in the three encounters they have had in 2024, so it is certainly not out of the question that they can once again provoke a tight match.
    • A BO1 match gives 3DMAX the opportunity to pick a map they feel comfortable on. Given their current form, 3DMAX has several maps where they have shown strength and secured many victories.
    • What is G2 without M0nesy when he isn’t at his best? G2 is still a strong team, but they become significantly stronger (30-40%) when M0nesy hits his top form. We saw that against BIG, but not against TheMongolz.
    • 3DMAX has a team where any player can step up and decide the match. In general, they have a dynamic and high ceiling, but their floor can be uncertain.
    • Tactically, I don’t think G2 is the strongest team. I’ve noticed several weaknesses in their play that 3DMAX could potentially exploit.

    Keep an eye on:

    • There is no doubt that G2 has the individual quality when M0nesy and NiKo hit their optimal level. In those cases, G2 possesses superior firepower and class.
    • Overall, G2 is one or two levels better than 3DMAX. When G2 plays at their normal level, they avoid silly mistakes, and their game runs much more efficiently.
    • 3DMAX has a floor that can be alarmingly low, as we saw when they played against MIBR.
    • 3DMAX has few victories against the top teams and generally plays against weaker tier-2 teams. It will be interesting to see if they can elevate their level in this match.
    • If G2 plays at the same level they did against BIG, I see 3DMAX as having no chance.

    Tip for the match:
    3DMAX +5.5 @ 1.64 at Kambi = 2 units

  • Esports Furia V Liquid TIP

    Esports Furia V Liquid TIP

We now move on to another early match in the Major program, and I look forward to watching the clash between Furia and Liquid. Although I’m not a huge Furia fan, I can’t deny that when they hit their top level, they are incredibly exciting to watch. When players like Chelo, Kscerato, and Skullz perform at their highest individual level, even the best teams can struggle. On the other hand, Liquid somehow manages to rack up a series of wins, even though their play often appears less convincing.

    Arguments for the match:

    • Furia is a team that thrives when they are in the right momentum, which their performances in the last two matches against Spirit and Vitality have clearly demonstrated. They secured two impressive victories.
    • Furia has delivered strong performances against two of the biggest favorites to win the tournament. They defeated Spirit and played a close match against Vitality, which they should have won.
    • Given that this is a BO1 match, I consider Furia the favorite. They have played two nearly perfect games, while Liquid has faced more challenges. I haven’t seen any convincing performances from Liquid, even though they won against GamerLegion, where their gameplay was far from impressive.
    • Furia has a good chance of winning this BO1 match, especially if they avoid Inferno, which is not a favorable map for them. If they pick a map that suits their strengths, they will be in a strong position.
    • If Furia hits their level as seen in the last two matches, they will have the highest individual quality on the field. Their firepower is greater than Liquid’s, provided they play at their best. Liquid does not have a standout player who shines the same way as PT when he’s in top form.

    Keep an eye on:

    • Regardless of how close their wins have been, Liquid has won 7 out of their last 8 matches. Their only loss was against Natus Vincere in a BO1.
    • The head-to-head record clearly favors Liquid, as they have generally had a good grip on Furia.
    • However, I sometimes have doubts about Furia’s tactical skill, especially if their plan A isn’t working. I believe Fallen can sometimes be a hindrance for the team if the game stalls.
    • If the match takes place on maps like Anubis or Inferno, it would be an advantage for Liquid.
    • Liquid possesses a core with great potential, but we haven’t yet seen them reach their full potential.

    Tip for the match:
    Furia ML @ 2.10 at Betfair = 1.25 units

  • Esports Mouz V Pain TIP

    Esports Mouz V Pain TIP

I have chosen to focus on the match between Pain and Mouz, as I see potential for Pain to challenge Mouz in this matchup. Mouz is, of course, the clear favorite, and that is fully justified, but in this specific situation, Pain could have a chance to cause some trouble. It is worth noting that Mouz has not played any matches for several weeks, while Pain has been active and kept themselves in good form.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • I believe Pain has a strong map pool, which gives them the opportunity to challenge Mouz, especially in a BO1 match like this one. It is precisely in such formats that matchups can become unpredictable.
    • In their most recent meeting on Dust2, which was also a BO1, Pain managed to pressure Mouz, and the match ended with a close 13-11 victory for Mouz. This match took place at RIO.
    • BO1 matches are often a good place to find underdogs, and although I am not sure Pain would win if it were a BO3, I see a realistic chance for them in this case.
    • We have chosen to bet on a favorable handicap line, where Pain only needs to secure 9 rounds for this bet to win.
    • Pain has kept themselves warm with regular matches, while Mouz has had a longer break of several weeks.
    • Individually, Mouz is not yet at their peak level. Their performance still depends on Jimphat and Xertion reaching their optimal level. Pain has a solid team, and their players generally deliver a stable and competent level.

    Keep an eye on:

    • We have still not seen Pain perform against the very best teams. This is something that could provide a more nuanced view of their abilities at this level.
    • Mouz is undoubtedly a tier 1 team, while Pain is not. The biggest difference between the two teams is that Mouz rarely makes the mistakes that Pain might make. Small tactical errors will be heavily punished at this level.
    • Mouz had a smooth run through RMR and was quickly prepared for the Major, which speaks to their high level.
    • If Mouz shows up on the server in top form with all players performing at their best, Pain will have a tough time keeping up. It is clear that Mouz is superior both tactically and individually when they are playing at their highest level.

    Tip for the match:
    Pain +4.5 @ 1.68 at Kambi = 1.5 units

  • Esports Wildcard V Virtus Pro TIP

Esports Wildcard V Virtus Pro TIP

I look forward to seeing Wildcard in action again. They come across as a team that never gives up, no matter who they face. They approach each match with the belief that they can win, and I really admire that. Their next opponent will be Virtus Pro, who are difficult to read. I’m curious to see in what condition they will show up.

    Arguments for the game:

    • Since the start of the RMR, Wildcard has played 6 out of 6 fantastic matches, despite suffering two losses. Nevertheless, they have delivered impressive performances.
    • Wildcard came very close to making a strong comeback against Liquid, and in the match following that against Furia, they unfortunately lost momentum and dropped a match they shouldn’t have lost.
    • Virtus Pro has not played a single well-balanced match in either the RMR or the Opening Stage. The team seems exhausted, and I believe they have reached their maximum potential in their current form.
    • I expect a Wildcard team that can keep up with the veto. Anubis might pose a challenge for them, but other than that, I see them being competitive throughout the match. I consider this a 50/50 match, so there is great value to be found here.
    • Virtus Pro lost a significant lead against BIG. I’m curious to see who comes out mentally stronger in this match.

    Key factors to watch:

    • Virtus Pro has a very slow playstyle, and I fear that Wildcard might end up overplaying rounds. We unfortunately saw this against Furia, which cost them the victory.
    • Virtus Pro is a team that never gives up, even when they don’t play optimally. Somehow, they always manage to bounce back.
    • This is a “win or go home” match, where Virtus Pro must prove whether they can survive yet another important tournament.
    • Individually, Virtus Pro has players who should be the best on the server. But the question is, is it enough? Under normal circumstances, Wildcard would face significant challenges in such a match.

    Tip for the match:
    Wildcard ML @ 2.43 at Kambi = 1.5 units

  • Esports BIG V Furia TIP

    Esports BIG V Furia TIP

The battle to progress in the Major tournament is in full swing, and in this matchup, BIG faces Furia. I expect an intense and exciting affair, even though the game might not necessarily be marked by the most polished CS. However, the mental strength and intensity will not be lacking – that’s a guarantee. Both teams have been somewhat inconsistent and haven’t delivered their absolute best performances, but they have shown mental strength and the potential to perform at a higher level.

BIG has had fluctuating performances in the tournament. A disappointing effort against FlyQuest stands as a major setback, while the team showed strength in most of their match against Passion UA and delivered an impressive comeback against Virtus Pro, which has undoubtedly boosted their confidence. Furia has also struggled to find stability, and despite two wins out of three matches, their performances have not been convincing. Their continued participation in the tournament is largely the result of luck against both Wildcard and Imperial, where they avoided defeat.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • Despite some disappointments, BIG has been one of the more stable teams in this year’s Major, including during the RMR qualification. Their only loss came against FlyQuest, who has been a ghost for them.
    • Furia, in my opinion, has delivered three disappointing performances, even though they won two of these three matches. However, the two wins were only possible due to mistakes from Wildcard and Imperial, meaning Furia could have easily lost both. It therefore surprises me that they are still in the tournament.
    • Both teams tend to improve as the tournament progresses. BIG appears to be the stronger team when looking at their teamplay and fundamental strength.
    • I expect BIG to pick their own map for this match. If there is uncertainty around the maps, it might be beneficial to wait until they are announced before placing bets. I see BIG as the favorites on Mirage, a map where they have shown their strength, but Vertigo and Anubis are also realistic alternatives.
    • Furia is heavily reliant on Kscerato’s individual performance. If he’s not at his best, the team struggles to compete at the top level. Players like Chelo, Fallen, and Skullz haven’t been at their usual level, which BIG should take advantage of, despite having their own areas to improve.

    Keep an eye on:

    • Furia has now won two matches they should have lost, which might give them extra confidence and motivation. Their mental strength could prove crucial in the upcoming matches.
    • BIG has been somewhat inconsistent, and it can be difficult to predict what form they will show in this match.
    • While I’ve chosen to bet on BIG to win their own map, I consider Mirage the only map where BIG are clear favorites. On the other maps, Furia is definitely a strong opponent, and they’ve shown they can perform well.
    • If Furia’s individual players like Yuurih and Kscerato perform at their best, they will pose a significant threat to BIG, who will struggle to cope with such a level

    Tip for the match:
    BIG Map.2 Winner @ 2.0 at Bet365 = 2 units

  • Esports BIG V Virtus Pro TIP

Esports BIG V Virtus Pro TIP

Virtus Pro faces BIG in a closely contested match, and I expect a very even game. It wouldn’t surprise me if we end up seeing overtime here, which adds an interesting perspective to the matchup. Normally, Virtus Pro is not a team I find particularly entertaining to watch, but this specific game could be worth spending a few minutes on. Both teams have yet to perform at their highest level, so it’s high time they both step up their game. However, I have chosen not to bet on a winner, but instead opted for a special bet—specifically, “over” in Total Kills.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • The two teams tend to play closely matched games. The last two meetings have resulted in six maps, many of which were very close.
    • Following this, it’s likely that many rounds will lead to a high number of kills. I’m betting on a relatively safe line here.
    • Although the two teams have different tactical approaches, I believe they match up well against each other. Both teams’ players are in similar form, and it is the 12th and 18th best teams in the world rankings facing off. This suggests it will be a very close match.
    • The maps that could be played are all fairly open, and I don’t see either team dominating the specific maps. If kills aren’t decisive, “over” in rounds could also be an attractive option.
    • Both teams have played several close RMR games, suggesting they are experienced in playing under pressure.

    Keep an eye on:

    • Virtus Pro is known for “saving weapons” in many rounds, and there are several rounds where time plays a role, which could result in fewer kills.
    • Both teams have a low floor. If either Virtus Pro or BIG hit their lowest level, the match could be over before it even really begins.
    • My main concern is BIG. If they don’t step up significantly, a team like Virtus Pro will punish them. BIG looked like a team just playing for fun against FlyQuest, and if they don’t correct their play, they could find themselves in trouble against Virtus Pro.

    Tip for the match:
    O. 134.5 Total Kills @ 1.61 at Bet365 = 1.25 units

  • Esports MIBR V Passion UA TIP:

Esports MIBR V Passion UA TIP:

We move into Day 2, where the first match features MIBR vs. Passion UA. Personally, I believe this has the potential to be a very entertaining game. Both teams have won one match and lost one match, so this BO1 is crucial for both sides. At this point, I consider Passion UA to be the favorites in this matchup, as several factors seem to favor them.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • The team performed strongly against Complexity after a somewhat weaker showing against BIG. The victory over Complexity was dominant from start to finish, and Passion UA clearly appeared as the better team in that match.
    • MIBR was thoroughly challenged by TheMongolz, which was not unexpected, but it exposed several weaknesses in MIBR’s gameplay. TheMongolz took advantage of MIBR’s flaws on Ancient, which on paper should have been one of the Brazilian team’s strongest maps.
    • I hope to see Passion UA avoid maps like Anubis and Ancient, although I’m somewhat doubtful this will happen. MIBR has several weaknesses in their map pool that Passion UA can exploit.
    • Insani is a key player for MIBR, often carrying the team single-handedly. There is potential within the team, but the performance of the other players tends to be inconsistent, which creates stability issues for the team.
    • Jambo is the star player for Passion UA, but he generally receives strong support from his teammates, making it a dynamic team. Several players on the team have the potential to step up and perform at the highest level.

    Keep an eye on:

    • If the match ends up on maps like Anubis or Ancient, MIBR will likely be very pleased, as these are maps where they have had success in the past.
    • Passion UA is a team that thrives with momentum, but the question is how they handle adversity. We may get an answer to that in this match.
    • MIBR struggled against TheMongolz, but they have delivered solid results in the matches leading up to that loss, which has helped boost their morale.
    • As mentioned earlier: Jambo needs to be at his best for Passion UA to avoid a difficult day. Without Jambo performing at his top level, Passion UA could face problems in this match.

    Tip for the match:
Passion UA ML @ 1.98 at Unibet = 1.5 units

  • Esports Rare Atom V Fnatic TIP

Esports Rare Atom V Fnatic TIP

We kick off Day 2, with several exciting teams ready to battle! In this analysis, I’ll take a look at the match between Rare Atom and Fnatic. These are two teams that haven’t necessarily shown their best CS so far. Rare Atom appears to be a relatively inexperienced team still finding their footing, while Fnatic is a team that only plays at its best when BlameF is in action. However, he can’t win the games alone, and that task seems almost impossible to achieve on his own. Normally, I wouldn’t consider betting on this game due to the odds, but given Rare Atom’s weak level, I expect the odds to drop.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • Rare Atom has only played two matches, and they’ve won a total of six rounds. This speaks for itself.
    • No matter how I analyze the veto, I don’t see Rare Atom having any real chances on the maps that are in play.
    • While Rare Atom has some interesting players, they’ve recently shown that they are not at the required level, and their individual skill is currently lacking.
    • Anything other than a dominant victory for Fnatic would be disappointing. The team is now 0-2 and desperately needs a win. An ORG like Fnatic, with their experience and stronger individual players, cannot afford to fail here. I expect to see a noticeable difference in skill level.

    Keep an eye on:

    • Rare Atom is playing at home and will likely do everything they can to put on an entertaining show for the crowd with solid CS. If they manage to win a map, it will surely create a lot of excitement among the spectators.
    • Fnatic has made numerous mistakes in their recent matches. They’re making errors that simply should not happen at this level.
    • Several of Fnatic’s players are lacking confidence, which is evident on the server. Is this the match where Rare Atom could strike?

    Tip for the match:
    Fnatic 2-0 @ 1.58 at Unibet = 1.5 units

  • Esports Complexity V Passion UA Tip

Esports Complexity V Passion UA Tip

We are now entering the second round of the BO1 matches on Day 1 of the opening stage. Complexity delivered a disappointing performance against FlyQuest, and the same can be said for Passion UA, although they managed to fight back a bit against BIG. Overall, both teams were far from their best. However, I believe Passion UA has the potential to challenge Complexity, although it will be difficult if Complexity reaches their level. Therefore, I am betting on a small +handicap for Passion UA in this match.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • Complexity delivered a disappointing performance against FlyQuest. On paper, they should have won the match, but they were convincingly defeated. Nothing worked for the North American team.
    • Complexity is not a top-tier team without Elige. When Elige doesn’t perform, Complexity lacks quality in several areas and is heavily reliant on his performance to succeed.
    • Passion UA can challenge Complexity if they find their form from this year’s RMR. If they manage to play at the level they showed earlier this year, they could cause problems for Complexity.
    • Passion UA has a good chance of winning the veto. There are several maps where Passion UA plays solid CS, while Complexity still lacks the extra percentage needed to dominate on those maps.
    • Jambo has the potential to reach his high level. If he, alongside Fear and Jackasmo, performs at their best, Passion UA could definitely pressure Complexity.

    Keep an eye on:

    • Passion UA depends on Jambo. If he doesn’t hit the level like Elige needs to deliver his for Complexity, there is a significant gap to the next “really” good player on the team.
    • Passion UA makes a lot of tactical mistakes. We saw this in their match against BIG, and it could become an issue against a team like Complexity.
    • Complexity is a team everyone expects to advance to the Major. However, they will need to deliver a strong performance. Complexity usually raises their level, but it remains to be seen if that will be enough in this match.
    • Player for player, Complexity is the stronger team. They are typically a solid tactical team and should be able to dominate Passion UA, who are more of a tier-2 team tactically.

    Tip for the match:
    Passion UA +3.5 @ 1.73 at Unibet = 1.25 units

  • Esports TheMongolz V Rare Atom TIP

Esports TheMongolz V Rare Atom TIP

Although this match may not initially seem like the most exciting one on the schedule, there is still some potential for Rare Atom to challenge TheMongolz. I see an opportunity for Rare Atom to take more rounds than many bookmakers expect. For this reason, I’ve chosen to bet on an “Over” for the total number of kills, although it will require Rare Atom to avoid being dominated from the start of the match. If they do get overrun early, it could become quite a challenge.

    Arguments for playing the tip:

    • Looking at the year 2024, Rare Atom has actually performed relatively well against TheMongolz, often delivering closer matches than many would expect.
    • Rare Atom has had several close games in 2024, regularly covering the line for the total number of kills in these matches.
    • Both teams have an aggressive, tactical style of play that can lead to a high number of kills. This is not a “Virtus Pro CS” situation, where play is slow and methodical; instead, this promises to be intense action.
    • TheMongolz typically doesn’t dominate their opponents in BO1 matches. It’s been proven several times that they aren’t always at 100% from the start of the match.
    • While the team has not yet reached its full potential, there are several players with great potential. Their individual skills could pose problems for TheMongolz on a good day.

    Keep an eye on:

    • If TheMongolz plays at their highest level, and everything falls into place, Rare Atom will quickly be outmatched.
    • TheMongolz enter this match with great confidence and are in top form. They look incredibly strong both individually and as a team, having peaked just before this year’s Major.
    • Rare Atom made it to the opening stage fairly easily, with wins over Talon and GR. However, their play depends heavily on individual performances, which have not yet been consistently strong.
    • TheMongolz clearly outmatches Rare Atom in terms of firepower, tactical play, map pool, and individual strength. If they hit their peak, they will be on a much higher level than Rare Atom.

    Tip for the match:
    O. 128.5 Total Kills @ 1.61 at Bet365= 1.25 units
