Monte to qualify from Gr:B @ 1.83 at Bet365 = 1.5units
We can get 1.83 for Monte to qualify to the playoffs. It’s a fair odds in my opinion. Monte could very well win this group like any other team. Monte is a lineup that can play 100% against Pain and MIBR.
Arguments for playing the tip:
- Monte sailed through Katowice qualifier. It was 2 quick Bo1 matches and 1 Bo3 match. It was overall not many lost rounds.
- A starting match against Pain is what’s in store for Monte. A difficult match for them. It’s a Bo1 match which is an advantage for Monte.
- If Monte loses the match, they’re most likely going to meet Legacy which should be an easy win.
- A home court is always an advantage. 4 Polish players would want to go all the way
- Individually Monte is a better team in my opinion. 5 individual powers with a sky-high level. Several of the players have already shown great shape.
- In general Monte hasn’t lost many matches in the past 4-5 weeks.
- It’s not much we see the two Brazilian teams in the European tournaments. The level and speed are just something else than meeting the locale crews from the same country.
Keep an eye on:
- Both Pain and MIBR are great favorites to go further. Pain has in general been doing better over a longer period. Their level is sky high. MIBR has recruited Lucaozy as an upgrade. So, the 2 crews from Brazil needs to be taken seriously.
- Monte is often unstable in their level. Their bottomless isn’t high.
- Pain will be Montes first opponent if they lose this one. Then Monte is already in a win or lose match.
- It’s not an easy group for Monte. Especially where pain and MIBR brings a lot of firepower to the server.
