Heroic is a team that’s struggling with their game at the moment. There are just some things that doesn’t go as planned and their latest match was a 2-0 loss to OG. A match where everything failed. Cloud9 is in my opinion a team that can go further in the bigger tournaments. They only have a few issues. The biggest question is Interz!. He hasn’t got the skills to play on a tier1 team. So, it will be a fine match too see.
Arguments for playing the tip:
– Surprisingly Cloud9 has shown great shape in the past 3 weeks. Great victories against Bleed, NIP and 9 Pandas. Besides that, Cloud9 pushed Faze in a match where they could have won.
– Heroic has on paper a perfect line up. The problem is the individuals doesn’t perform like they should. The big question is Degster.
– If I should mention 4 x-factor players in this match, 3 of them would be from Cloud9. Cloud9 has hot names where the level is high on their roster. The firepower aspect is where they rise at the moment.
– Heroic keeps losing and loosing. They look like a team that’s felling the lack of confidence. 5 defeats out of the last 6 matches is just not good enough. If you’d ask me, there will soon be changes in the roster if the bad shape isn’t improving.
Keep an eye on:
– As already mentioned, the biggest weakness at cloud9 is Interz. He hasn’t got the level and is all over the place. It is at the same time obvious that they need time together. There isn’t far from a-game to complete failure.
– Heroic got all the ingredients to make a nice Bolognese from the scratch. They got quality on the team but the lack the confidence and believes in themselves. If Degster could find his a-game, then Heroic is a factor to keep an eye on.
– Cloud9 has a week mappool where several maps hasn’t been played. That’s a factor Heroic can take advantage of.
