All to Play for in Group E
What a line up we have on Wednesday evening. In group E, all four teams have three points meaning all is on the line for every nation. Expect a thrilling 90 minutes with constant ups and downs. Belgium who were expected to have maximum points have not looked clinical enough, Romania and Slovakia have surprised and Ukraine showed great spirit in their second match, all deserve to qualify.
Ukraine v Belgium
Belgium suffered an embarrassing loss in game week 1 to Slovakia who scored early on and defended brilliantly to secure a famous 1-0 victory. Saying that, Belgium were unlucky not to have equalised after having two goals disallowed due to VAR. In their second game, they beat Romania 2-0. Romelu Lukaku has had two goals chalked off so far and I can’t see him blanking a third game in a row. I’m backing Lukaku to score anytime at 2.10.
Slovakia v Romania
This game is one that both sets of fans didn’t think would have so much at stake. Belgium and Ukraine were predicted to be the top two teams in the group. However, Romania see themselves at the top due to scoring the highest number of goals. If they can avoid a defeat here, then four points will be likely to see them qualify to the knockout rounds.
